We’re doing 30–40 local orders a week now and driving them ourselves is eating two evenings. Has anyone tried the Uber option inside The Nod? What does it actually cost once you add the courier fee, and do buyers pick it over pickup?

We switched last month. $6.99 flat inside the city, courier matched in about 8 minutes on average. Buyers pick it over pickup 3 to 1 on weekday evenings; weekends are more pickup.

Same. Pickup + Uber covers 90% of our orders; we only ship outside Calgary with Canada Post now.
